Friends in time-out

I stumbled across Puppy, Perro and Flop in the time-out corner after I dropped Deisen off at pre-school. I wish I knew what they did to deserve a time-out...love my kiddo!

Friends

These are Deisen's stuffed friends. Lately he has been putting them around his table and coloring, enjoying a snack, etc... with them :)

Wassup foo!

Deisen found the cold gear on the floor of the closet, drug it out and tried almost every piece on entertaining himself for a good hour

The Frozen South

We just all put on what we had, since snow gear isn't part of our regular wardrobe. Jeffrey ended up putting plastic bags and his and Deisen's feet before putting their shoes on so the snow wouldn't get their socks/feet wet. It snowed 6 or more inches and the entire city of Huntsville shut down for two days. Jeffrey went back to work on Wednesday (these pics are from Monday) but all school systems were closed for the entire week!!
P.S. I hate the snow... although this 30 minutes was fun, the rest of the week was just awful. Reminded me of why I don't live where snow falls. Thankfully, a good week later, we are back up to our 45-50 degree winter weather :)

Sledding

It took a few different tries but we finally found the bucket worked the best :)

Snowman attempt

Deisen's mini snowman
We tried to build a snowman, but the snow was not wet enough, it just crumbled

Thanks Seth!!!

Telling us he's "all done" with his bottle.

Trains

Playing with the new train set that Nonnie and Paw Paw gave to him for Christmas.

What can I say...it tingled a bit to turn 27!

Yes, that is a nipple pose

Happy Birthday Jesus

On Christmas Eve we went to dinner (Outback, which is the Stifflemire tradition) and then drove around to see lights. We came across this one sign put out by one of our neighbors :)

Pony ride
Good morning and Merry Christmas! We woke up to a couple of inches of snow. I felt a tinge of yeah and boo run through my system. I don't think I took any pics, but you can see it a bit through the blinds. Santa brought this Thomas rocker (we found it at a thrift store and it was embellished with gold, mirrors and all sorts of other goodies. I painted it to look like Thomas the Train). Now, a good month later, Deisen calls Thomas "Tanta" meaning Santa brought me this Thomas!

Presents from Auntie Great :)
Oh, I promise Thomas doesn't have such a creepy face in real life. And he got the hang of wanting/opening presents pretty quickly.
